Can I charge the Remote or Very Remote price limit on an NDIS invoice?

Yes, when the support was delivered in a Remote or Very Remote area as defined for NDIS pricing. Our checks cap lines at the National limit by default. A rate above National but within the Remote or Very Remote limit is not rejected. It is held as a check, and we confirm the delivery location with you before paying.

What it depends on: Where the support was delivered and whether that location is classed as Remote or Very Remote for NDIS pricing.

What stays human: A person confirms the location with you. Nothing is short-paid without a conversation first.

How the check works

If your unit price is at or below the National limit, the line passes. If it is above National but at or below the Remote or Very Remote limit, it shows as a warning for review. Above every published limit, it is flagged as over the limit.

Help us approve it faster

Put the suburb or locality where the support was delivered on the invoice line. That one detail usually clears the check.
