What does a quotable support mean for my NDIS invoice?

A quotable support has no catalogue price limit. The price is agreed in a quote with the participant instead. When we see a quotable item, we check the invoice against the agreed quote and the participant’s plan, not against a price limit. Keep the quote and the agreement handy, because we may ask for them.

What it depends on: Whether the item is marked as quotable in the current catalogue and whether a quote was agreed.

What stays human: The participant or their nominee decides whether a quote is acceptable. We check the invoice matches what was agreed.

What we look for

A quote or service agreement that names the item, the price and the period, and an invoice that matches it.
