What if an NDIS support item has no published price limit?
Some items in the current catalogue are published without a price limit, even though they are not quotable. Examples include some interpreting and weekly items. That matches the catalogue and is not an error. We check these lines against the service agreement and the participant’s budget instead of a cap.
What it depends on: The item’s catalogue entry and what the service agreement says.
What stays human: If a price looks unusual, a person asks you about it before anything is decided.
Why this happens
The catalogue does not set a limit for every item. Our checks treat these items as information, not as a failure.
