Plan management has a dedicated budget line in your NDIS plan. We claim our fee directly from that line. Your support budgets stay intact for supports.
Plan establishment fee
Charged once at the start of every plan period — set by the NDIS Price Guide, not by us. Paid by the NDIA from your plan management budget.
Monthly management fee
A fixed monthly fee per active plan, set by the NDIS Price Guide. The NDIA pays us from your plan management budget — you never see an invoice.
All other services
Dashboard access, statements, provider remittance, invoice chasing, phone support, switch coordination — all of it included. No hidden extras.

Fees are set by the NDIS Price Guide.
Plan management rates are not something a plan manager can inflate or discount. If anyone tells you they offer “cheaper plan management” — they can’t. What they can do is cut corners. We don't.
Current pricing is published by the NDIA each year. We update immediately when it changes. You’ll see the exact amounts claimed in your monthly statement.
