How plan management works, step by step.

    Tell us who you are, your NDIS number, and how you like to be contacted. Free, no obligation.

  2. STEP 2

    We handle the NDIA paperwork

    We notify the NDIA we are your plan manager and claim the fixed plan‑management fee directly from your plan.

  3. STEP 3

    You choose your providers

    Registered or not — your choice. Book the support you want. Send invoices to us.

  4. STEP 4

    We pay them & track your budget

    Providers paid in 2–5 days. You see every dollar moving, live, on your dashboard.

  • Tell us your name, NDIS number, plan dates and preferred contact method.
  • We ask whether you’re the participant, a nominee or a family member. We adapt from there.
  • No credit card. No fine print. The NDIA covers our fee, not you.

We notify the NDIA and your existing plan manager.

  • We lodge the endorsement with the NDIA so we can start managing your funding.
  • If you’re switching from another plan manager, we coordinate the handover cleanly.
  • You do not have to touch the NDIS portal. Ever.
