How much does plan management cost me?

Nothing out of pocket. The NDIA adds a dedicated Plan Management budget to your plan (on top of your other budgets) and pays us directly from it. It does not reduce Core, Capacity Building or Capital supports.

What fees does the NDIA pay you?

A one‑off plan establishment fee when we start managing your plan, and a fixed monthly fee after that. Both are set by the NDIS Price Guide. We do not charge anything extra on top.

Do I pay anything if I have a short plan or low budget?

Accepted Answer

No. Plan management funding is calculated and included by the NDIA regardless of your plan length or size. If you’re eligible for plan management, you’re funded for it.

Can I use providers who aren’t NDIS‑registered?

Yes. This is one of the biggest advantages of being plan‑managed. You can choose any provider — registered or not — as long as the service aligns with the goals and line items in your plan.

Can I keep my current providers when I sign up?

Absolutely. Nothing changes for you or them. Your providers simply send invoices to us instead of chasing you. Most providers prefer this because they get paid faster.

How fast will my providers be paid?

Most approved invoices are paid within 2–5 business days. Each provider also receives a clean remittance statement so there are no “where’s my money?” calls.

What if the NDIA rejects a claim?

We investigate, correct anything fixable, and escalate on your behalf. You’re never left in the dark, and we don’t quietly take the invoice out of your plan without telling you.

Can I still approve invoices before they’re paid?

Yes. You can choose auto‑approve for trusted providers or require your approval on every invoice. Your choice, changeable at any time.

How do I switch to you from another plan manager?

Accepted Answer

Sign up in minutes. We handle the notification to the NDIA and coordinate the handover with your previous plan manager. You don’t need to cancel anything yourself.

Can I leave if it isn’t working?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time. There are no lock‑in contracts with plan managers. If you’re not happy, we help you move cleanly — and still get your last invoices paid on the way out.

What can my plan manager do and not do?

Accepted Answer

We handle claims, payments, budget tracking and statements. We cannot approve new supports for you, change your plan with the NDIA, or act as a support coordinator. Those are separate roles and we’ll tell you when you need one.

Who sees my information?

Accepted Answer

Only authorised staff who are working on your plan. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share information with marketers. Your nominees see what you allow them to see — and nothing more.
