Why does the unit on my NDIS invoice matter?

Every catalogue item has a unit, such as per hour, each, per day or per week. The price limit applies per unit. If an invoice charges a session or a flat amount for an hourly item, we cannot compare it with the limit, so the line is held until the quantity and unit are clear.

What it depends on: The unit shown for the item in the current catalogue.

What stays human: A person asks you for the missing detail rather than rejecting the line outright.
