The intelligence behind your plan

Every plan we protect makes the next one safer.

A brand-new scam pattern, an unusual billing shape, a provider red flag — the first time the system sees it, everyone it protects afterwards is a little safer. That is worth asking a hard question about: who does that intelligence belong to, and what happens to your information along the way?

How protection compounds

Not by collecting more of you — by getting wiser about the patterns that put anyone at risk.

It notices something new

An invoice behaves in a way the system has not seen before — a novel duplicate shape, an odd rate, a suspicious bank change.

It learns the shape, not the person

What it keeps is the pattern — the shape of the risk — not a profile of you. The lesson generalises; your details do not travel with it.

Everyone after is safer

The next time that shape appears — on anyone’s plan — it is caught faster. Your plan benefits from what came before it, and adds to what comes next.

The question worth asking

When a system learns from your plan, whose asset is it?

It is a fair question to ask any provider that uses data or AI. Our answer: the protective intelligence stays inside the service that protects you — it is not a product we package up and sell. Your personal information is used to run and safeguard your plan, held under Australian privacy law, and never sold. The thing that compounds is the platform’s ability to catch harm — held on your side of the table, not traded away from it.

The privacy limits we hold ourselves to

Learning from patterns and protecting your privacy are not opposites. We do both on purpose.

Learn the pattern, protect the person

Our machine-learning is built to pick up the shape of risk while limiting how much any one person’s data influences the model — privacy-preserving techniques so the lesson survives without exposing you.

A right to be forgotten

If you leave, you can ask us to remove your personal information, and we can unlearn your specific data from the models it touched — subject to the records Australian law requires us to keep.

Being straight about this

No system can promise to catch every scam or unlearn every trace instantly — and we will not pretend otherwise. Some records must be kept to meet NDIS and financial obligations. What we can promise is that your information is used to protect you, held under Australian privacy law, never sold, and removable on request within those legal limits.
